We are at the mercy of the weather and we will not be able to deliver the lessons if it is too wet! We will move you to the next available spot, and a full refund will be given if you request. This is for your safety and the decision will be made by the head coach on the day (this is why mobile contact details are requested)

Instructions

At this moment in time due to COVID-19 we can only provide you with a Skateboard. WE ADVISE TO BRING YOUR OWN HELMET AND SAFETY PADS as your child’s helmet fits perfectly as we cannot always guarantee the exact size will be available. You would need to wear safety equipment (Helmet, Knee, Elbow & Wrist guards). Please wear suitable sports footwear with a flat sole and bring a bottle of water!

Waiver for activities:

Each participant automatically by signing up and attending EVERYONE ON BOARDS CIC event, skate lessons is aware that Skateboarding involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: changing weather conditions; exposure to extreme or inclement weather; failure of the equipment; loss of balance; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and direction; variation or steepness in terrain; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; variation or changes in the riding surface including rocks, gravel and manmade structures such as mini ramps, kickers, benches, fun boxes, vert ramps, bowls, barrer and jumps; impact or collision with pedestrians, motor vehicles or other skateboarders; encounters with domestic or wild animals; failing to skate safely or within one's own ability; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASES, INCLUDING THE FAILURE OF THE RELEASES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF SKATEBOARDING OR USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.

EACH PARTICIPANT IS AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH SKATEBOARDING AND FREELY ACCEPTS AND FULLY ASSUMES ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

Image release:

Each participant automatically by signing up & attending EVERYONE ON BOARDS CIC free & paid events, skate lessons or workshops consents to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped related to the Event, and hereby irrevocably and perpetually authorizes EVERYONE ON BOARDS CIC to copyright, publish, reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use (i) the Participant’s name, image, likeness, and voice, and (ii) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audiovisual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by the Participant obtained related to the recording of the Event (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any lawful purpose, including, the advertising or promotion of the Released Parties and/or the Event without further consent from or payment to the Participant.
